View Comparable Sales Data In The Trade-In App

The Trade-In app in the Sandhills Cloud is now more helpful when you’re setting prices with the addition of “comps,” or comparable sales data from similar units. The new Comps section incorporates auction results and asking prices from current and recently sold competitor units, and flags comps that are different in a major specification or feature. The Trade-In app also includes values from VIP+ and predicted 12-month values from FutureCast. You can easily configure the app to automatically add margin pricing or enable customizations like calculated book value, cash value, and suggested retail price. Your Sandhills rep can help you get started.

Add Listings Anywhere—Even Offline—With Quick Add

The Inventory Management app in the Sandhills Cloud features the new Quick Add mobile cataloging tool, accessible by tapping a button at the bottom of the screen. Quick Add lets you catalog multiple assets, even if you don’t have a signal to your mobile device, and upload them when you choose. You can take photos and videos, and save items directly to your device, Inventory Management, an upcoming AuctionTime sale, or an Equipmentfacts live auction. Quick Add is initially available to auctioneers, with dealer access in the works.

CurrencyFinance No Payment For 120 Days With New Currency Offer

Bidders using AuctionTime.com and Equipmentfacts.com can take advantage of a new special offer when financing on either site through CurrencyFinance: no payments for the first 120 days. This offer is subject to credit approval. Interest may accrue during the deferment period. Not available in all jurisdictions. Terms and conditions apply. Contact your Sandhills rep for details.

Boats Eligible For Pre-AuctionTime, Fast Track Iron

You can now sell boats via Pre-AuctionTime and Fast Track Iron, Sandhills’ exclusive dealer network. FTI facilitates wholesale deals, among other perks, while Pre-AuctionTime gives assets a few weeks to sell at retail or wholesale before going to auction. All categories of boats for sale on BoatHarbor.com are eligible for Pre-AT and FTI, except for items in the miscellaneous Other category.

See Pre-AuctionTime Sales Results With Fast Track Iron

Speaking of Fast Track Iron, members can now view after-sale prices and info from Pre-AuctionTime units on Sandhills trade sites. Click the FTI Wholesale button to view wholesale listings, then the new Pre-AuctionTime Results option under the Wholesale Options search facet. For comparison, some sold items display a snapshot of VIP+ auction and market values that were current at the time of the sale.

Machinery Trader’s New Hub For The Middle East

MachineryTrader.me is Sandhills’ new hub site for construction equipment sales in the Middle East. Joining MachineryTrader.eu for Europe and MachineryTrader.asia for Asian nations, MachineryTrader.me brings more visibility to equipment listings in the region. Buyers can easily change the currency to the United Arab Emirates Dirham, Qatari Riyal, Saudi Riyal, and others in the website’s settings.
