Potain MD 305 B Tasked With Major Construction Development In Moldova
Moldavian real estate developer Filli Partner purchased a used Potain MD 305 B tower crane for its City Plaza development project. The project in central Ungheni will last two years. Once complete in early 2025, the City Plaza will span 34,000 square metres (40,664 square yards).
The 10-story building features over 24,000 sq m (28,704 sq yd)to accommodate 234 residential homes. An additional 9,500 sq m (11,362 sq yd) will be allocated for commercial space within the 32-metre building.

The 305 B tower crane has a maximum capacity of 12 tonnes (13.2 U.S. tons) and can lift 3.2 mt (3.5 t) at the jib end. With its maximum 70 m jib in operation, the crane can cover the entire jobsite.
