Crane and heavy transport company Herkules S.A. of Warsaw recently took delivery of a new Liebherr LG 1750 lattice boom mobile unit, mainly for wind turbine work. The eight-axle crane has a 750-tonne (850-U.S. ton) lifting capacity and a main boom up to 168 metres (551 feet) in length. "The high mobility and carrying capacity were decisive factors for the purchase of the new LG 1750.”
