Low mileage, low use 2022 Freightliner with a Detroit DD13 410HP and HIAB J12ST 96 loader grapple unit & forestry body! This is a very nice late model low use tree grapple truck in excellent condition. This truck is in good condition and runs, drives, and operates just as it should! The Detroit DD13 410HP turbo diesel starts right up and sounds great with no issues. The engine has a remanufactured sticker on it and has a build date of 05/2026 (replaced by previous owner). The Allison 4500RDS automatic transmission shifts good and goes through all gears nicely. The HIAB J12ST 96 material handler is functioning just as it should via seated control station behind bed. The grapple is functioning as it should - opens, closes, and rotates correctly. It operates nicely with no hiccups or issues. The (2) rear mounted hydraulic outriggers function as they should. The ROWE 24'x8' steel body is in good condition, it has a steel floor which is in good overall condition with no major damage or issues. The bed is in great condition with no major rust or areas of concern. The bed shows little use with a nice bed floor, very solid. The interior of the truck shows well and is clean with no excessive wear. The drivers seat is in good condition with no rips or tears. The frame and underside is in the original condition and shows little to no rust underneath. No warning lights are illuminated on the dash. All tires are in excellent condition with deep tread remaining. The truck runs and drives nicely down the road with no areas of concern. We believe you could put this truck right into service. This truck has 28K total miles and operates nicely. This truck has been used so minor dings & dents, scratches, light rust should all be expected. The list he goes down is derived from a DOT inspection (which we have added onto over the years as the DOT doesn't cover everything). The inspector will then take the truck on a 15-20 minute test drive to note any deficiencies found in a test drive (as if they were the customer). From there he writes all notes and areas of concern down and it then goes into our mechanical shop. Our mechanical shop spends as much time as they need to make the correct and necessary repairs to the truck. This can take days, weeks, or even months depending on parts availability. We try to use all OEM factory parts, unless it is not available to do so. Our average repair bill in our shop ranges from $4,000 and have been as high as $25,000+.
