This Ford F-550 4x4 Crew Cab bucket truck is for utility, telecom, and contractor crews who want an insulated, off-road-capable aerial rig that carries a full crew. The Versalift SST-40-EIH reaches a 45' working height with 27' 9" of side reach and 360° continuous unrestricted rotation. A steel and fiberglass boom with a 46 kV insulation rating allows work near energized lines, and the unit meets ANSI A92.2. The closed platform holds 400 lbs, rotates 180°, and comes with a liner and cover. Four-axis upper controls, turret-mounted lower controls, hydraulic tool outlets at the platform, an auxiliary hydraulic let down, and automatic engine throttle advance keep the operator productive from the bucket or the ground. The sheet shows no outriggers on this unit, so you may want to confirm that is intended. The 132" Poudrier steel service body has adjustable shelving, material hooks, rear-access hotstick storage, curbside body access, wheel chock storage, and anti-skid surfaces on the compartment tops and bed space. Level indicators are included. The Ford 6.7L Power Stroke at 330 hp with a TorqShift 10-speed automatic, an engine retarder system, and an engine block heater keeps the drivetrain smooth and cold-ready. The 4x4 layout with a limited-slip rear gets you onto soft ground and rough access roads, and the 19,500 lb GVWR keeps the truck compact.
