Description
2017 Prinoth Panther T6 Crawler Carrier fitted with a Terex Hi-Ranger TM105 Bucket. The Panther T6 chassis is purpose-built for off-road access: it runs a Caterpillar C4.4 diesel rated around 143–147 HP driving a hydrostatic transmission, riding on metal-embedded ~28" wide rubber tracks. The tracked undercarriage gives very low ground pressure (roughly 2.7 psi unloaded) and a claimed 60% gradeability, so it can work soft, swampy, or steep ground that a wheeled bucket truck can't reach — overall length runs ~16 ft and the unloaded weight is ~19,000lbs. The carrier is mounted with a Terex Hi-Ranger TM105 body, a 105 foot articulating-and-telescopic aerial boom carrying a two-man fiberglass bucket rated to 800 lbs, with four hydraulic outriggers for stability.
