The Posi-Plus 39' cable placing unit operates as it should at both control stations (upper pistol grip bucket control & lower remote control). PTO is operated via in cab switch. The functionality of the bucket is smooth and stable, very quick and reliable. Nice and tight boom with no wear present. It has a pistol grip style upper controls to operate the bucket. This unit has a backup DC pump which operates as it should. The exterior is in new condition with minor delivery cosmetic flaws to be expected. The interior is new condition and still smells new. The steel utility body is in new condition with plenty of storage options. All storage boxes are clean with no major damage present. All doors open/close/lock as they should. Every single truck that we retail goes through a set of steps and quality checkpoints to ensure what we are selling is something we can stand behind. When a truck comes in it gets checked over thoroughly by our inspector and he notes any/all deficiencies. The list he goes down is derived from a DOT inspection (which we have added onto over the years as the DOT doesn't cover everything). The inspector will then take the truck on a 15-20 minute test drive to note any deficiencies found in a test drive (as if they were the customer). From there he writes all notes and areas of concern down and it then goes into our mechanical shop. Our mechanical shop spends as much time as they need to make the correct and necessary repairs to the truck. This can take days, weeks, or even months depending on parts availability. We try to use all OEM factory parts, unless it is not available to do so. Our average repair bill in our shop ranges from $4,000 and have been as high as $25,000+. Our team consists of 8 full time mechanics, 3 person buying team and a full detail crew so every truck we retail has had many eyes, opinions, and hours spent on it.
