Features:
Overlapping flange design provides superior load transfer between mats and
prevents mud seepage for a unified working surface.
At just 90 pounds per mat, two workers can deploy by hand—no forklifts or
cranes needed, eliminating equipment rental costs.
Supports equipment up to 100 tons. Bending and load distribution performance
are subject to equipment loads and ground conditions.
Dual tread surfaces: raised nubs for wheeled equipment traction, and smoother
pattern for steel-tracked vehicles and pedestrian traffic.
Integrated metal connectors with M12 bolts create a secure, unified mat system
that prevents separation while enabling rapid installation.
Made from 100% recycled HDPE that's chemically inert, fully recyclable, and
built to last 20+ years without contaminating soil or water.
